How to support both longstanding and outgoing staff during a restructuring

 
Research consistently demonstrates that many organisations fail to achieve the benefits sought from change and the most common reason is that organisations only manage half of the process - the business drivers. The key to successful change management is to actively manage both the business drivers and the individual drivers effectively and it is the latter which organisations most often do not consider, plan or proactively manage. There are some points organisations should consider:
 
1) They need to make sure the organisational change is planned and implemented effectively, however, the personal transitions of each person are a completely different internal process and are the most important aspect in managing each individual’s morale and motivation.
